Matrix representation from base to base?

Consider F: R^2 -> R^2 where F(1,1) = (3,-2) and F(3,-2) = (4,8). Find the matrix representation of F in the standard basis. Assuming B{(1,1),(1,-1)} is a basis, find the matrix representation of F from B to the standard basis. Also compute A(from B to B).

I have found both the matrix representation in the standard basis and from B to the standard basis. But I have trouble with transformation from B to B.

Is it M(B to standard)*P?
