This is really not meant to be off-putting, but I must wonder why this topological question is posted in an applied mathematics forum?

It does have some application, for example, if you crumble a paper and put it on the same paper there will be one point in common as it was before. But still I moved it.

f (sL) and f (sR) surround sL and sR (in terms of x-coordinates), and
that f (sT) and f (sB) surround sT and sB (in terms of y-coordinates).Show that f has a fixed point in S.
