    Frobenius Reciprocity

If x is an irreducible character of X, where X is a subgroup of Y, I want to show that there exists an irreducible character y or of Y s.t. x is a summand of y restricted to H using Frobenious Reciprocity. I know that I want to show that their inner product is non-zero, but I'm super stuck.
