Difference between row echelon form and Reduced row echelon form?
What exactly is the difference between row echelon form and reduced row echelon form? Can a matrix be both?

I think this is what I missed.. please someone tell me if this is correct:
If there are nonzeroes above a leading coef. it is NOT reduced form, if there are nonzeroes above every leoadinhg coef. (and below of course) it IS reduced.
