I just recently began to learn the basics about sequencing with the General Description and Recursive Description when I came across 5 numbers in a pattern. I was able to find the Recursive Description (when I show you the numbers, you will see it is very simple) but I am totally stumped as to what the General Description is. The number are {1,2,5,26,677}. The Recursive Description is obviously A(n-1)^2+1. (n-1) is subscript of A. I have thought about this problem for some time now and have yet to come up with any type of solution past the 5th number. Please, if you do know how to do this, let me know.

Best of Luck
