    Abstract questions(cont)

    Separate thread so not too many questions are in one thread

    3)if an converges to a and bn converges to b, prove c*an converges to c*a

    What has to do b and b_n? I suppose you mean: If a_n converges to a then ca_n converges to ca . Hint: For c=0 the result is trivial. For c\neq 0 choose \epsilon/|c| .
