hey . in q1 I want to prove the Determinant on the left it is = Determinant on the right by Properties of Determinants

Well, you can't- that's obviously not true. The determinant on the left will involve $\displaystyle x^2$ while the determinant on the right does not. You could reduce this to a quadrartic equation and solve for values of x that make it true.
What do you get for the two determinants?
