Attached is a graph and my description of regression line and what the plot shows is as follows:
Figure A illustrates data points largely grouped between 0mm to 150mm stem circumference and a canopy width of 0mm to 10mm again presenting a progressively moderate correlation. It can be said that samples with stem circumferences less than 150mm have a canopy width less than 10mm. While samples with stem circumferences greater than 150mm have a canopy width greater than 10mm.
Across the three graphs, the regressive coefficient of this scatter plot shows a figure of 0.0618 revealing the lowest correlation of stem circumference size having a direct relationship with the canopy width.
Is this statement correct?
when I am talking about progressively moderate correlation what I am trying to say is that the data points are moderately close to the regression line is this the right way to put it?
and is there an explanation for data below and above the regression line?
