How are they arriving at the solution multiplying the following 3 matrices?

2/5 0 3/5 | 5 -1 | 0
---------- | 2 3 | 1
---------- | 1 5 |

= 13/15

I've done multiplied 3 before.
2/5(5) + 0(2) + 3/5(1) + 2/5(-1) + 0(3) + 3/5(5) = 4
0(5) + 1(-1) + 0(2) + 1(3) + 0(1) + 1(5) = 7

I have no idea what all this is . . .
