Linear Algebra Tutorial Question Help Needed ASAP

Hi, I have to answer these 3 tutorial questions by tomorrow and am so confused in how to solve them... i tried twice and worked out differently can someone show me a clear solution please .. much appreciated

i cant type it out but i will tell u my approach..

I tried forming the augmented matrix for part 1 and trying to reduce it to row echelon form hence solving for a b c...
for part 2 i tried the same procedure as part 1 but this time checking whether if you multiply the scalar by the vecotr it will give you the same solution as what was given...
part 3 rammed my brain....
