Hi all hope im posting the right forum
im doing a linear programming problem and one of the constraints is "it must have between 300 and 350 calories". how do i write a constraint with both >= and <= in the same constraint. basically i gotta use an optimzer program and generate an output but im unable to enetr the constraint with both of those inequalities, so instead i wrote the same constraint twice once >= 300 and the other <= 350. is this the right thing to do?

also another constraint is cff must be no more than 30% of the total # of calories (total # of calories is another constraint) how do i write this as an inequality? it wont let me enter .30 * the constraint on the rhs
