    Find real numbers ?

Let L be a line in R2 that is given by the equation
    5x + 3y + 7 = 0,
let π : R^2 -> R^2 be a reflection along the line L, and let L' be a line in R^2 that is given by
    the equation 3x − 5y + 3 = 0. Find real numbers B and C such that π(L') is given by
    x + By + C = 0.

Try to find two points depending to new line.
    1) the intersection of these two lines gives one point
    2) select one point on L' (the most simple to transform) and find its reflection.
Vector n(5,3) is orthagonal to L.
For example you could find the intersection point going through the origin (0,0)
in direction n with line L.
