    divides infinity

    Can somebody explain this to me:

    "make the assumption that every integer divides infinity"

    The expression a divides b means a divides b evenly, that is without a remainder. In other words, a is a factor of b. Therefore, we are to assume every integer divides infinity evenly, that is every integer is a factor of infinity.
