Thread: Linear Algebra - Finding the point of intersection, first year uni maths...

I have been stumped on this question having done all other exercise question and jsut can't do it. Can I have some help please...

Find the point of intersection of the lines L1 and L2 if it exists:

The line L1 through (5,1,3), parallel to the vector 2i + j + 2k and the line L2 through (2, -3, 0) and (0, 1, -2)

Start by getting the parametric equations of the two lines.
