Why would you think it has a common name?

i am trying to solve a system of linear equations Ax=B, where matrix A has the form i am describing. It would help me if i knew what kind of system this is

4. First check $\det{A}$ to see if a solution exists.

If it exists, then premultiply both sides by $A^{-1}$ to give

$A^{-1}A\mathbf{x} = A^{-1}B$

$I\mathbf{x} = A^{-1}B$

$\mathbf{x} = A^{-1}B$.
