Given:
1. Symmetric 3x3 matrix A
2. Relation is known: A = l*m' + m*l' where l and m are unknown column vectors [la lb lc]' and [ma mb mc]'

(m' means transposition of m, hence l*m' gives 3x3 matrix)

Question:
How to extract vectors l and m by means of SVD ? Since A is squared and symmetric, the eigen decomposition should be sufficient. Very simple I guess but.. somehow can't see it.
