    multiply all with 2x(x+2) and u'll get :

    \displaystyle \frac {5}{2x} +\frac{3}{x+2}= \frac{4}{x}

     5(x+2) +3 (2x) = 4[2(x+2)]

     5x +10 + 6x = 8x +16

     3x = 6

     x = 2
