do these matrices have the same solutions

I'm trying to find out if the 2 matrices have the same solutions, without actually solving them.
3a+b+4c=1
b-5c=4
5a+2b+5c=3
and
2a+b+c=2
a+b-2c=3
b-5c=4
I am thinking of how if one system can be made out of the equations of the other than they should have the same solutions
2nd equation from first is same as third equation from second

In the first system, subtract the first equation from third equation, then you will get the first equation of second system.
