I tried everything . I just don't know what else to do. Can you help me to determine whether or not this system is consistent?

Check the determinant.

If the determinant is nonzero, it will be consistent. If the determinant is zero, it will be inconsistent.


Also, make sure that none of the rows are a linear combination of the others.
