Question : Reduce the matrix $ \begin{bmatrix} 1 & 3 & 6 & -1 \\ 1 & 4 & 5 & 1 \\ 1 & 5 & 4 & 3 \end{bmatrix}$

to normal form and hence find its rank

Normal Form of A Matrix is:

$\begin{pmatrix} 1 &0 &0 &0\\ 0 &1 &0 &0\\ 0 &0 &0 &0\\ \end{pmatrix}$

and Hence Rank is 2
