Percent mixture problems

i need som help on this one Perdent mixture problem...

Many fruit drinks are actually only 5% real fruit juice. If you let 2oz. of water evaporate frome 12oz. of a drink that is 5% fruit juice, what is the percent concentration of the result?

I've been working on this problem for a while now, but i still cannot get it... i do not know how to set up the chart.

If you started with 12oz and 5% was juice, then you had this much juice:

.05*12oz = 0.6oz of Juice

and this much water

.95*12oz = 11.4oz of Water

now you have lost 2 oz of water so you have 9.4oz of water left. your new concentration is:

0.6oz Juice/9.4oz water
