Thread: Very vague teacher instructions

So i have due for my linear algebra class my last matlab project which reads exactly this from the website:

" Second Computational Project, due by the final or sooner. At a mimimum, compare a least squares fit using the average vs. a least squares fit using a linear model."

What is the difference between the "least squares fit using the average" and the "least squares fit using a linear model" and which ones the one i did already, thanks!
